Terms of Service

By accessing or using AstroAPI services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use our Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

AstroAPI provides a RESTful API service for astrological calculations. Our Service includes: • API endpoints for astrological calculations (natal charts, transits, synastry, etc.) • MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for AI assistants • API documentation and integration guides • Dashboard for API key management The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" for your informational and entertainment purposes only. Astrological calculations and interpretations are for entertainment purposes and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

AstroAPI operates as a stateless calculation service. We DO NOT store your users' personal data, birth information, or calculation results. • All API requests are processed in real-time • Birth data and calculation inputs are NOT retained after the request is completed • We do not maintain databases of user birth charts or personal information • Each API call is independent and data is discarded immediately after response We only store essential operational data: your account email, API key, and aggregated usage statistics for billing purposes. Your end users' data never touches our storage systems.

You agree to: • Provide accurate registration information • Maintain the confidentiality of your API key • Not share, sell, or transfer your API access • Use the Service only for lawful purposes • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service • Not use automated systems to overload or abuse the Service • Not use the Service to create competing products You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any consequences thereof.

You may NOT use the Service: • For any illegal or unauthorized purpose • To violate any laws in your jurisdiction • To harass, abuse, or harm another person • To impersonate any person or entity • To interfere with or circumvent security features • To transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code • To attempt unauthorized access to our systems • To scrape or extract data beyond API limits • For any purpose that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate We reserve the right to terminate your access for any violations.

Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan: • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis • All fees are quoted in USD and are non-refundable unless required by law • You may cancel your subscription at any time • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account Current pricing is available on our website and is subject to change.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Procoders OÜ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. • You retain all rights to data you submit through the API • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission • Our trademarks and branding may not be used without prior consent Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Results from the Service will be accurate or reliable • The quality of the Service will meet your expectations • Any errors will be corrected ASTROLOGICAL INFORMATION IS PROVIDED FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. We make no claims about the validity, accuracy, or predictive nature of astrological calculations. Do not make important life decisions based solely on astrological readings. You use the Service at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PROCODERS OÜ, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR: • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses • Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service • Any errors or omissions in any content OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Procoders OÜ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: • Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Any content you transmit through the Service This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including: • Breach of these Terms • Non-payment of fees • Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity • Request by law enforcement • Extended periods of inactivity Upon termination: • Your right to use the Service will immediately cease • We may delete your account and associated data • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. • Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification • Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance • If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
